ZAZEN MEDITATION
Through the sitting meditation (Za = to sit, Zen = meditation),
the center of Zen practice, we educate powerfully in the same
moment our mind and our body. Through a continuos attention to
the breath and to the posture you arrive to cultivate , or better
say to discover again, a quiet and serene mind. abandoning the
deceiving ego,we are ready to receive with naturalness and spontaneously
the teaching of the Master. SHI-KAN-TA-ZA, "simply to sit",
is all we point to not only while we sit in Zazen, but also when
we prepare tè, when we work in office or when we speak
to everyone; it is a deep teaching that accompany us in every
momenti of our life. Practicing Shikantaza and MUSHOTOKU (without
purpose or profit spirit ) we learn a total activity, free from
the conditioning and preconceiveds, that make us transparent to
